Grand Master Choa Kok Sui (August 15, 1952 – March 19, 2007) was a spiritual teacher, healer, and founder of modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. He was born in the Philippines and grew up in a family of Chinese descent.

Grand Master Choa Kok Sui started his spiritual journey at a young age and was influenced by various spiritual teachers and traditions, including Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism and Christianity. He studied chemical engineering in college and worked as a successful businessman, but his true calling was to spread the teachings of energy healing and spirituality. In the 1980s, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui began to develop his own system of energy healing, which he called Pranic Healing. Pranic Healing is a non-touch healing technique that uses prana, or life force energy, to heal the physical and energy bodies. It is based on the concept that the body has an innate ability to heal itself and that prana can be used to accelerate the healing process. In addition to Pranic Healing, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui also developed Arhatic Yoga, a system of spiritual development that combines various yoga practices and meditation techniques to purify the energy centers and develop the soul qualities.

Grand Master Choa Kok Sui authored several books, including "Miracles Through Pranic Healing," "Advanced Pranic Healing," “ Psychotherapy with Pranic Healing “ and "The Ancient Science and Art of Pranic Healing." He also founded the Institute for Inner Studies, which provides education and training in Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. Grand Master Choa Kok Sui was not only a healer and spiritual teacher but also a philanthropist. He was passionate about helping others and improving the world. He founded several charitable organizations, including the MCKS Charitable Foundation, which provides free medical, educational, and social services to people in need around the world. In addition to Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui also taught various spiritual practices and techniques, including Meditation On Twin Hearts, visualization, and affirmation. He believed that these practices could help individuals develop a strong connection with the divine and achieve their full potential. Grand Master Choa Kok Sui was a prolific writer and author of over 20 spirituality and energy healing books. His books have been translated into over 27 languages and are widely read and studied around the world. Throughout his life, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui received numerous awards and recognition for his work, including the prestigious "Outstanding Filipino Award" and the "Holistic Healer's Award." Today, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui's teachings and legacy continue to impact the lives of millions of people worldwide. His spiritual and healing practices have been adopted by individuals and organizations in over 100 countries, and his work continues to inspire and transform lives around the world. One of the key teachings of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui was the idea that everything is energy. He believed and proved that the physical body is surrounded by an energy field or aura and that this field can be manipulated and optimized to improve physical, emotional, and mental health. He developed a systematic approach to working with this energy field through the practice of Pranic Healing. Pranic Healing involves the use of specific hand movements, visualization techniques, and the manipulation of energy to balance and harmonize the energy body. It is based on the principle that the body has an innate ability to heal itself and that this healing process can be accelerated by increasing the flow of prana, or life force energy, to the affected area.
